These terms apply to your use of https://gyanrathi.com ("GyanRathi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a product you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, piracy or misuse of the site.
2. Digital products and licence
All products are digital PDFs. When you buy one, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, read and print it for your own study.
You may not copy, share, upload, resell, or distribute any product or part of it, including on Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive or any website. Each copy is marked with the buyer's details, and copies found online can be traced to the account that bought them.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by a third-party, RBI-regulated payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- An order is complete only when we receive confirmation of payment from the gateway.
4. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Content accuracy
We work hard to keep the material accurate and up to date, but exam patterns and syllabi change. The material is a study aid and does not guarantee selection in any exam.
6. Intellectual property
All content on GyanRathi, including books, test papers, designs and the GyanRathi name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
